Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship both domestically and internationally via UPS Standard shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Domestic Shipping (within USA): Delivered in 5-7 business days.

  • International Shipping (outside USA): Delivery time varies, typically between 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the UPS website or by using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted areas.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at inspiredbyjoy@hotmail.com. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please note the following guidelines:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Return Request: To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at inspiredbyjoy@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
